We have gas stations and country stores in 2 or 3 directions about 15 miles away but yes I usaually shop in Keene.

I have had the good fortune to visit Maine, as both of you probably recall, but not NH. I am looking forward to it.

Where Fran lives is pretty, Playmate. But you have to see Lake Winnipesaukee and northward into the White Mountains, to see the majesty of the state.

For the last 3-4 years our camping vacation destination has been a beautiful campground in Ashland which is at the top of the lakes region ,right below the White Mountains.
