Wouldn't it be more effective if you learned how to imitate a 12 gauge cocking.

Or, buy a 12 guage.... cheaper than a dog, and won't mess on your carpets.

I can try to imitate that sound. Might need some work.
I don't trust DH with a gun. He'd probably shoot off his own toes if we had one around.

Only if you shoot them before they get to the carpet. other wise you may have a puddle that your home made laundry soap won't wash out.

Yea, they have a yellow tint to filter out the blue light from LCD screens. They also have a slight magnification (+1.25 I think) to make viewing easier.

Nice Pic, mod! Do 'gaming glasses' do something special?? Or do you just look cool when you play??

Yes, they do actually. They filter out blue light and reduce eye strain and headaches from staring a LCD's screens. They give you a crispier view as well.

Went to the Dr. today. She gave me some new pills. Something called Meloxicam. anybody know anything about it?

Went to the Dr. today. She gave me some new pills. Something called Meloxicam. anybody know anything about it?

Not a lot... a new(?) anti-inflammatory. My mom is on it. Possibly affects the kidneys? I'd have to read up on it to be able to talk intelligently about it.

That was the 1st thing I did. but if someone here know about it I would like to hear about it. For all I know it is just an aspirin without the aspirin.

Thanks jj Mom just went for a check-up and her renal labs were a little suspicious. She has never had renal problems. The doc told her to halve the meloxicam dose and get blood redrawn. She had that redrawn Wednesday but hasn't got the results yet. I'm hoping she was just a little dehydrated with the first blood draw, and encouraged her to drink lots of fluids before the redraw.

Better than what? I was on hydrocodone, Tramidol, lyrica and Soma for over a year.
