How's the new job going?
The pain was just too much and they didn't like it anymore than I did. They were kind enough to terminate me the 3rd day.
I give up. I have an appointment on the 14th with a lawyer to start the filing for disability. I may not get it but I'll try.
It will probably take three tries to get it. We did it on DH and did the first two times on our own and then got a lawyer.

I know it will be turned down a few times. Mostly because I know that when I go in for the S.S. Dr.'s exam he will asks me to do something simple like touch you r toes and well sure I can do anything he asks me to. I just can't do it for all day without regretting it the next day.

That was DH. We finally had to go to a doctor that wasn't work comp related. I feel for you because if it isn't seen by the naked eye, it is not easy.
Workers Comp is a little different than SSD. Gummy, I have some info that I will send you if I can find it.
For several reasons, I am not looking forward to this procedure. Pride being one of them and not liking rejection that is built into the system is another.

I agree Gummy. By the time they get through playing their games, DH felt pretty low.
When we finally got to court for disability, it didn't take the judge to render his verdict which was in our favor.
At that point, it isn't government policy making the decision.
I hope your lawyer does a great job and gets you on.

I'll take it. PM me or email it. My problem started years ago when I had a heat stroke. It almost killed me but a week later I seemed fine but now that I look back I can see that after that it was all down hill. The down hill part came on so slow that it's like watching your kids grow. I didn't just wake up one morning and couldn't do it anymore. it was soooooo slow that I just kinda got use to it. till the other day when it slapped me in the face.
I will have to go to bed now though. a few min.s ago my left hip joint decided that it was going to attack. and it did a right fine job of it to. I think there is a little guy in there with an ice pic. anyway I took a nerve suppressant and a muscle relaxer. So now that they are kicking in I am rather stoned and need to just go lay down. I'll back read in the morning.
I will keep looking until I find it. I lost all of my bookmarks when my computer crashed last year.
