Hey just a quick stop by the house. Hope everyone is recouping from the weekend. :) Going to work a third shift tonight to test out the back. Hopefully, all goes well. I signed up for another weekend. I have to take it slow. I am so glad I am PRN/reserve staff. Otherwise, I would have lost my job. Anyway, have a great afternoon.

Please be very careful with your back and take it as easy as you can Sdh!!

We sure don't need you hurting and you know how long it takes a back to recover from any kind of trauma.

TT

Good afternoon TTrs. I guess I missed the "morning" whatever that is. We nightowls sleep in you know!
Sorry I ran off last night. Mr. Vapir had a story to tell me, and it was so long I dozed off .... Vermonters you know.
Their stories can take for-freaking-ever to get to the point!!!

Anyway, xoxo

I was wondering what happened to you??!!?? I thought maybe you had found a bottle of wine and headed out to the jacuzzi

Hi Everybody!!

We got the old man's tractor fixed up and running ... it only took about two hours and that was with running for parts.

Then I came home and mowed half of the west pasture, then mowed the sides of the dirt road again and did a better job this time. Also mowed what we call the point. It belongs to the guy who moved that big branch that had fallen for me and this was a chance to pay him back.

By then it was really getting hot and I was getting very thirsty so I came home and parked the tractor and have been doing my best to consume huge quantities of iced tea ever since.

So now its shower and then Pokey nap time. But I'll be back!

TT

I thought sons/grandsons were created to mow for us?? My older son is mowing the yard now, while the younger one is trying to get out of doing any work. Par for the course around here.
I have a friend at church, who will be having 3 grandsons in the fall. His son is expecting a boy, and one of his daughters is expecting twin boys. My mom was congratulating him, telling him she knew he must be excited about expecting so many grandsons at the same time. He said "Yeah, looks like I'm going to have to buy another lawn mower... I only have two"

Camping sounds like fun! Unfortunately, my idea of camping is roughing it at a motel. I remember the days of travels in my youth with the parents. Arkansas was 100 degrees in the shade and Florida was so darn humid. Travel trailers were okay but those pop up campers were beastly hot. We have a pop up camper for the trike. We bought it over 10 years ago and never used it. LOL We had this dream of traveling the country. Our dream was destroyed. (Long story.)

Yes TT I will be safe. I will sit at the computer if I need to rest tonight. I have allot of documentation to perform on Noc so it makes it easier. Thanks for caring. :)

Sigh... guess I better get productive for a little while. It was good seeing you guys and I'll try to BBL tonight. Since we have started letting our hounds onto the screened porch, it is a mess out there. I guess I better go address it.

I am glad to know that they can get in there during storms :)

Pull a wick from it, and see if improves. If not, pull another.

Honestly, I have just been re-wicking and re-coiling mine. Love the thing! $15 rebuild-able tank. Just awesome!

LD not to bash this thing but nothing has worked for me been there done that as i read the thread on these and all the fixes some say there great similar to your testimony while there is a whole different thread on them with folks trying to fix them.

This morning i took a vision stone innards and cracked off its porcelain cup took its wire off the center airtube and kept the original wire on the ring that snap fits in the stone 3s bottom cap.

Then affixed to the nova without any solder just pulled gasket off its 510 screw on bottom and pulled 1 wire thru and simply put gasket back on with 510 screw. Then put the stones3 ring in novas cap test fired it and it worked .
Filled up tank and same muted flavor.
Im done with it for now unless they come up with a solution for me and others on the same ship.

As a note i did get my order for 5 boxes of ce3 Xl today as im pleased with how the phoenix xl works and hope that the quality control is the same as my first box of them.
Im sure the 3ml phoenix tank 3ml capacity is probably good also but i can get 5 of the smaller xls which equates to 5 total coils and opposed to 1 phoenix tank and 1 coil.

Stormy was mentioning Arry is coming out with another tank just not sure what type but his products are excellent
in my opinion and im keep an eye out for what he is designing.

Best to you. :)

Silly Bear reporting for duty,

Die, Have you tried Bamboo yarn for a wick? I haven't yet but someone said they have a better taste.

Lol Gummy will you design a tank already mius any filler stuff, i know you have some great idea's from past conversations.
I see a fella doing something like a mini scubagen on ecf but i'm not jumping in on that as there are to many unknowns when i read that thread.
Like i mention the phoenix Xl is working great but i only have an Xl acorn tank to try and fit it in and dont thinjk the bottom gasket will keep it pressurized from leaking out the 510 connector but i will try when i have enough bore time to fiddle with it as i have spent way to much time with that nova.

I ordered a couple ViVi who's its the other day just waiting for them to arrive to see what they need to make them work.
