That's a long time girl. Hope you get back to normal soon.

I really feel that I may be taking a turn. The doc changed me to a mycin antibiotic rather than the cillin's lol I had a steroid injection yesterday and am hoping that this is not just a temporary reprieve

But, I am starting to taste and smell again which is great. Still some wheezing but I have 1 more week before the pnuemonia should really be completely gone so I am not too concerned.

There is my medical report for the night :)

Taste and smell are good signs.

I hope so too. It is no fun at all being sick and 5 weeks of it is just overwhelming.

I told the doc yesterday thank goodness that I don't work any more. I would surely have lost my job by now. I have never been this sick for this long in my life.

Yeah, pneumonia is nasty. I had it when I was very young, but I don't remember it.

This is my second. The first I had it in both lungs and was very sick. But, it lasted like 1 week. That was 6 years ago when we first moved to this area. Odd thing was that DH and I both had it at the same time. It is not a good feeling not being able to get your breath. It wears you out fast.
