I tried some TFA Bavarian Cream and just couldn't handle the taste. I'd ordered some premix BC from MFS just to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong, but it had the same bitterness (to put it mildly).

I'm looking for a nice custard taste and thought this might be it, but I sure got fooled. Does anyone have a formula for making TFA BC useable or what they use to make a nice, mild custard flavor? MFS and WizardLabs don't seem to sell the Vanilla Custard, so I might have to try other sites, but is that a good custard without being overly vanilla?

Thanks for any opinions

:)

Bavarian Cream is a MUST in my DIY supplies. It's a great "mixer".

Here's one recipe I use it in ... sweet, creamy and good (well, I like it!)

6% Bavarian Cream
6% NY Cheese Cake (Capellas!)
6-9% Any Flavor You Want (I use *vanilla at 8-9%)
Sweeten to Taste (cotton candy works great, too!)

You can make any flavor "pudding" with this recipe. Hope you like it!

* I've used Holy Vanilla by DIYFlavorshack, or TPA Vanilla Swirl - you can use any good vanilla you like). :)
