I recently purchased an iclear30 from AltSmoke. This was my 7th attempt to find a clearo that has everything I want in a good vape.

After a thorough cleaning and overnight drying, I loaded it up with my favorite juice and started vaping. It was the best vape ever! I sat in vape heaven for about 20 minutes and then I started to experience dry, burnt hits. I switched to another device and let the iclear rest for awhile. When I picked it up again, I wasn't getting dry hits but only very small amounts of vapor and no flavor. I had a friend come look at it and he showed me that the bottom coil was working but the top coil was not. I think this could explain both the dry, burnt hits and small vapor production. I was so disappointed.

I decided to contact AltSmoke to see if they could offer a solution to the problem or send me a new coil. They responded immediately and informed me that they credited my account with enough points to buy 2 replacement coils. I don't think the product itself is the problem, I think I just got one with a bad coil. So, I'm looking forward to trying it again and really appreciate the excellent customer service at AltSmoke.
