I ordered 8 of the 5ml High Caliber samplers late on Thursday night. Since Friday was a holiday, I really didn't expect my order to get sent out until this morning (Monday). To my surprise, it was waiting for me in my mailbox when I got home! I have no idea how they could have possibly gotten it to me so quickly so I must assume that they start processing orders the moment they're placed. I ordered from two other companies at the same time and the tracking information shows that they went out this morning. I was really surprised how quickly AltSmoke got this out to me.
On top of that, they further bumped up the "wow" factor of purchasing through them by including some extra goodies in my package. I ordered 8 of the 5ml samplers, which were all packaged neatly and the products themselves look very professional. There was a second little goody bag in the package containing a free 5ml sample of Killa Vanilla, a rubber AltSmoke bracelet, an AltSmoke bottle opener keychain, a half dozen business cards with coupon codes on them, and two AltSmoke stickers. I was really blown away at how generous they were. It's not very often that you find a business that's willing to give out free stuff like that.

It's pretty typical to see a "thank you for your business" blurb printed somewhere, but the fact an employee actually hand-wrote a thank you and even used my name really shows what kind of company AltSmoke is.
