I received my Ego yesterday and I ordered on Friday. I'm still breaking it in because I did not get home until late last night but so far I really enjoyed it. Great service as promised and promoted by ECF members.

I'd like to second this, I ordered my Ego kit a couple weeks ago, and it was at my door in 2 days. Better than that though is I had a problem with the switch on 1 battery and they immediately sent a replacement, 2 days later I had a new battery and I sent the bad one back.

The same thing happened with my batteries when I first ordered. Rapid replacement and shipping. These gals are top-notch!
