I placed my order exactly a week ago.Got it this morning.A week isnt bad for odering from China,Im impressed. I even delayed things myself by adding to the order after I sent it in a day later.The attys rock,the drip tips rocks,and Im sure my batts will be good to after I condition them.Thanks again,I will be back!!!

Thank you -- yes, I agree,

a week is good for shipping from China to Usa.

The shipping department is usually pretty good -
but like all things, sometimes, it happens there is a glitch ----
perhaps a shortage or a delayed re-stock shipment.

Eastmall is a good vendor from my experience. Shipping takes some time, usually 2 weeks to my country, but I always order in time. Some of my friends always do the mistake of ordering when it is too late.
Hardware quality is good as well for the price they charge with the occasional DOA, but in my case at least, they were quickly replaced without any hassle.
I had experienced the old and new customer service, and both Rick and Joy was/is doing a very good job.
