East Mall

Just wanted to get any feedback from those that have dealt with East Mall in the past. Has anyone ever had any issues getting their orders, etc.

You have to love their prices and it seems that even with the $17 shipping charge that it's still the best way to go for catomizers and drip tips.

Also, do they take the major credit cards or just PayPal? I'm sure it's there but I didn't see that on their site. I've never bought from China before. Are there any currency exchange issues with the price or is what you see what you pay?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Rec'd my order on Saturday, took one week (only) and yes I'm happy, they've always done right my me.

I have been doing business with East Mall for close to a year now. Out my countless orders I have placed, I've only had one go astray that they replaced at n/c and then the opriginal order showed up after a month anyway and looked like it had been dragged through a knothole backwards. East Mall told me to keep it, so I had duplicate orders, but only billed for one. Awesome. Was never East Mall's fault, it was the shipper. Nevertheless, East Mall took care of me anyway. Terrific customer service. The owner, David Yang, is hands-on and the staff are superb.

$17 flat rate shipping via EMS/USPS Express Mail is economical if you place a fair size order. They are my main supplier and I usually will order once a month or so. The price you see is in US dollars and that's what you are billed/pay. They only accept PayPal but if you have a credit card it's easy to set up and easy to use and hassel-free.
