Hi dears,
I just wanted to say "Thank you ECF!"
I am a vaper from Germany, and very active in my home forum. I learned all the vaping vocabulary in German pretty quickly. And there is a lot
But I was interested, so I learned all that pretty quickly.
Now, in September 2013 I came to ECF - as I was interested in the knowledge and links that are in English. And I was also interested in learning the vaping vocabulary in English.
At first, my head was spinning. "Personal vaporizers" - that is the whole thing. "Battery" - ok, the same word. "Atomizer" - that is the part that makes the vapor. And so on and so on. But I think I caught up quite well.
Well, let me tell you, a little while ago our company had a visit from a colleague from the UK - and this lovely lady (a smoker) was very much interested in vaping. She asked me about it. And I was able to perfectly explain everything (including my vaping equipment) in English. "atomizer head, nicotine strength, coil".. what have you
That made me very happy indeed.
Now, I do not know whether this lady will really take up vaping. But I would like to say "Thank you ECF!"
Also for the great knowledge that can be picked up here, with regard to vaping science, studies etc.
Thank you ECF!
