Plain and simple, excellent customer service. I had a problem with an order. Not something Isaac did wrong, but something I personally didn't like. Isaac went above and beyond what it would have taken to correct MY issue. An excellent example of exemplary customer service and he has made a customer for life...or as long as I continue vaping LOL Thank you sir! Rob.
