I just received my Chuck from a (very) quick visit to Dr. Jeff for treatment due to (accidental) physical abuse. I'm a little embarrassed to admit an emotional attachment to an inanimate object (oh, my guitars, sure, but my attachment to the Chuck is surprising). It's great to have it back.

Repair was rapid and it now operates just like brand new.

I just wanted to voice my appreciation for hand-crafting such a terrific, custom product and for backing it up, no questions asked, with such remarkable service. The new red button ain't bad either.

Nice to see an appreciative comment tonight. Seems to be a lot of the entitlement generation with "I want what I want and I want it now". Jeff does a superb job and I want to add my thanks for a rapid repair.
