Well last night while reading through this forum, I saw that malibu was being offered in cartos. While malibu is my favorite menthol, I quickly went to Halo's site & added 4 boxes of the malibu cartos to my shopping cart, along with 2 bottles of juice.
After placing my order, i'm back at the Halo forum & saw that someone posted that the malibu cartos were 808 connection. I about died on the spot, because I have NO 808 gear.
Then I quickly messaged Johnny Blaze through the Halo website, hoping that they would be able to delete the cartos from my order & just send the juice. I thought that the chance was pretty slim, but all I could do was hope.
This morning when I woke up, I had an email from JohnnyBlaze letting me know that he had deleted the cartos from my order, refunded my money & all was well.
If that's not fast & fabulous customer service, I don't know what is!
Thanks for understanding that i'm wack for malibu menthol..........so much that I add 20 cartos to my cart without even knowing the thread connection.
