I was doing a couple orders a few weeks back and bookmarked the VV box, which was out of stock when I sent in my order. The next day, I took a peek over just for giggles to see if they had any in, which they did...so I promptly set up the order and got it about 3 days later. During the intervening days I found out that I needed to find batteries and a charger....went to batteries plus, who didn't stock 14500's, so I'd have to wait a full week for them to get them in.

So I ended up ordering them from Madvapes. (Faster than batteries plus, too) and got them about 2-3 business days after the VV Box.

First thing I noticed about the box was that one of the batteries didn't fit, so I did a little wiggling and managed to make a bit more room. Got the batteries in, and...nothing. Switched out batteries and 510 connectors, finally got it to work, and it worked for about 2-3 minutes before it stopped all together. Multi-meter started reading 0.0.

Anyhow, I opened a ticket with Madvapes, they sent me a reply the next day. I shipped the VV Box back, and just received the new one in the mail today, works great!

Thanks again Madvapes! I'm sure I'm not the only one to enjoy your great service, but I wanted to let you know that your hard work was appreciated.
