I have purchased several VV box mods and love them. I recently had submitted a ticket which led to me returning them to see if the two that had been broken would be fixable/replaced. One was about 6 months old before it broke and the other was just around a month.
I sent them and less than a week later a box returned with one replaced in it and a very nice note that said the other one was well outside the warranty. I am completely satisfied with the experience and appreciate the prompt service.

As a nice extra, another box arrived the same day with a replacement tank carto in it. I had recieved one that had a whole punched at the top and was basically unusable. I submitted a ticket to let them know, but was not overly concerned. It was another example of fantastic customer service.

These are some of the reasons I try to only shop Madvapes and tell everyone with the slightest interest in vaping to shop them.

You should also post this (or something similar) in the Reviews of Suppliers-Positive section so people not familiar with actual Customer Service can read about them, too!!
