Ok so today my batt I baught at a store by my house doesn't work after two weeks. So today I ordered 2 XL autos from V4L and I said screw it I'm going to email Val and get 2 manuals. But I didn't know if Val and the gang would get it so I spoke to Mark told him today I ordered 2 XL autos and if there's a way I can get them in manual. So Mark was so nice over the phone, he truly helped me out. I explained to him I was driving to work and couldn't compose an email to Val and I was worried that It wouldn't get to her in time before it shipped. Mark being the gentleman he is took care of it for me and told me they were switched to manuals. I'm writing this because I know no one says thank you a lot here, so thank you everyone at V4L for helping me out so much!

Mark really tried to get an order to go thru with a persnickety debit card, didnt work in the end, but he really went the extra mile for me, and I will transfer funds to MY card and order again next week...its kind of a mess, but the debits will be credited in 4 days, so NP.
