Ive written back to them directly, but not an open thank you so here goes. I was a new vaper and did not have an ecig at the time, although I had an idea of what I wanted. They took me by the hand and guided me through the order process getting the right strength of fluid, according to what I smoked.. which was moderate to heavy, 1-2 packs per day. The order came in VERY neatly boxed, bubblewrapped and security wrapped. I was even able to have my unit look the way I wanted, so I went with a traditional black with RED tip. I thought it looked "sophisticated" and slick. The vapor on their classic is thick, and has a great flavor to it. It doesnt taste burnt and the throat sensation is right on point. This kind of direction is what I wanted to make sure to have, and it solved it. Since then, Ive sent plenty of local friends and ordered with them and they each had no clue as to what they needed. All they knew was that they wanted to switch like I had. I just wanted to say Kudos to helping new users because they took almost ALL the fear and confusion out of what to get. It's a quality product with not to mention all the peices you need AND starter refill fluid to last about 3 weeks. Great job.

How did you contact vaporlites? And how long did it take to receive your order? A number of us have been trying to get a status update on our orders (one as far back as a month ago) with no response to our e-mails or to messages left on the site. Credit cards are immediately charged but we haven't gotten our orders. If you can help us out with a contact phone number or anything, that would be great!

Update on Vaporlites:

Last Thursday I received a message from Donovan saying the orders had finally come in and "they were sorting them and would ship soon." I advised him to ship mine immediately with a tracking number for shipment or I would do the chargeback on Monday. I gave him one day's grace and have not received the order so the chargeback is in the works. I checked his site again tonight and it is down. Live and learn.

Sites down for me too. Looks like not only are they ripping thier customers off, they aren't paying thier bills either. :(

I bought from them and they did me right.

Just curious, has anyone actually gotten "ripped off" from them? I've heard of late shipments and poor communication but has anyone spent money, not received a product and didnt get their money back? Besides CathySull who I realize is going through the process of trying to get her money back. Let us know how that ends up Cathy.

if that is the case (people getting ripped off) then I wont be ordering from them again.

I got an e-mail today with a tracking number for my package...there may be hope...I'll let you know when it is received.

I noticed the Vaporlites site is back online. After waiting more than a month my order was partially shipped. The batteries are inferior; they are smaller in diameter and of a lighter weight than the Joye 510s. Not too surprisingly, they do not hold a charge for very long. Also, on the manual batts, the button is too small and constantly sinks into the hole requiring pins and/or tweezers to try to reposition it. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. I have asked for a refund of the unshipped portion of my order.

I also ordered from Donovan around the same time as cathy and did not receive my order after over a month of waiting. I eventually refused to continue waiting and I had my creditcard company reverse the charges...

Donovan refused to respond to me at all.
