Still haven't heard from Donovan. I think it's appropriate, at this point, to post the phone number I got for Vaporlites.com from my Credit Card Company. Hope it helps someone. I will be contacting him either today or tomorrow, depending on how busy things get.

I'll be honest and say that i have not bought anything from the guy. but i was about to when i saw a thread on here that was i think title "Thank you vaporlites" i thought okay maybe this is a good vendor. so i check them out and had reason prices on parts. i emailed the guy and got a response literally within a few minutes. he stated that i can't buy spare parts unless i buy the starter pack from them first. right there was a redflag so i did more research and found that others on here had ordered stuff from them with no merchandise delivered and no response to their emails. i thought that was weird that these customers are waiting days, even weeks for a reply from this guy about their paid merchandise when i just got a response from the guy the minute i asked him a question about buy. then i just put 2 and 2 together and realized this guy i ripping others off. i started reading the thread that was praising vaporlites and it was just so over the top that i came to realize it was just most likely either donovan or someone from vaporlites that just created an account here and started a praising thread for vaporlites to try to gain trust. Just the fact that he will not respond to emails to customers who already paid for a product yet will respond ASAP to someone inquiring to buy shows this guy is a crook plain and simple. If he does end up shipping products this late to the customers who paid, it will only be because of pressure of bad press and to sucker other newbies into buy from them possibly getting a bigger group of buyers then ripping them. Sure it sounds like a lot to take in i know losers like this Donovan and they plan it to the T to rip people off a growing trend like ecigs.

Update on Vaporlites:

Last Thursday I received a message from Donovan saying the orders had finally come in and "they were sorting them and would ship soon." I advised him to ship mine immediately with a tracking number for shipment or I would do the chargeback on Monday. I gave him one day's grace and have not received the order so the chargeback is in the works. I checked his site again tonight and it is down. Live and learn.

The package came today. The order was incomplete...no explanatory note enclosed. At least it's progress I'll update as soon as I hear back from Donovan.

A buddy of mine put in an order to these guys roughly a month ago, and still hasn't received his product. He assumed it was taking a while because he's in Canada, but now i'm thinkin that there might be a larger issue..

If your buddy in a fellow canuck then it could be stuck at the border. Health canada says any nicotine substitute like our e juice or prefilled cartos that contain more than 4 mg of nicotine, is concidered a prescription drug. e juice and prefilled cartos (basicly the delivery system) must contain 4 mg or less.

Tell him to order from a Canadian site. I had to orders held at the border and did not recieve them. Thank god for the good customer service at
Electronic Cigarettes Inc. they refunded my money. E Cigarette Canada Vancouver Island Electronic Cigarette sales would be a good place for him to start looking.

After waiting more than a month my order was partially shipped. The batteries are inferior; they are smaller in diameter and of a lighter weight than the Joye 510s. Not too surprisingly, they do not hold a charge for very long. Also, on the manual batts, the button is too small and constantly sinks into the hole requiring pins and/or tweezers to try to reposition it. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. I have asked for a refund of the unshipped portion of my order.

Still have yet to hear from Donovan or get any responses to my emails.
Oh well, I got my money back.

Got my shipping confirmation email.

Glad you are getting your money back!!! ps. i am glad you found a supplier from this website. some good ones i know of are, cignot.com, rockymountainvapor.com, madvapes.com, vaporcountry.com, vaporbomb.com. pss. I do not know if all of these suppliers ship to canada, would have to check. GL!!!
