Just like to say thank you to everybody who has given me advice and tips since I joined the site and can now say I have a understanding on many of the different (and confusing) aspects of vaping. I've found my level. 2.5mil of American red. 1 mil of spearmint. In a 3.5 mil vivi nova with a 1.8ohm coil topped with a 1100mah ego bat. Perfect happy vaping . Regards lee.......

My new setup came today with a 2.8 ohm coil already in it. I knew I needed it lowered without thinking thanks to this site. Great work people

I'm not sure if it would have been easier to quit with all the information I've gained from ECF, but it was a lot cheaper! I had been vaping for about a year, and didn't really think about it. A couple of ego's and some juice, and I was good to go. I didn't realize that vaping is more than an alternative to smoking.
There's so much equipment, and so many juices, so much to learn. There's always something new to try.
ECF provides the platform to connect with other vapers. You can exchange information and ideas. Learn from the experiences of others. And offer support to those who are just getting into all of this, myself included.

Exactly mate a felt like a bit of a chump with my disposable cybercig. But it was that basic device what helped me kick the habit of smoking. Now I'm researching all the time and always thinking abou upgrades lol
