As is probably pretty typical, I wandered into the world of ecigs and stumbled my way into this forum...wow, talk about eye opening. Thanks to everyone here that takes the time to add their opinion, thoughts, and advice so newbs like me can find answers and direction.

I bought a couple of disposable some months ago and found that they were interesting but certainly not a substitute for my 1-1.5pack/day habbit of 25yrs. I upped the ante to a Blu pack. Those were better, certainly better taste and feel. I was very disappointed in that one cart out of each five pack (went through three) wouldnt thread onto the batteries and that the batteries wouldnt actually charge about 1/3rd of the time even though the little lights on the side of the pack had said they did. Unfortunately low quality. Just last week two B&M shops opened up between my house and the freeway lol so I stopped into both. They're both very simple; a stand with a whole pile of clearos full of house mix flavors and a counter with a couple of choices on hardware. I bought a battery (kanger evod 650) and a clearo (kanger T3s) and two small bottles of juice...and I havent had an analog in a week!! Not only have I not had one, I havent wanted one! I have plenty of analog cigs lying around, mind you, so its not that I've forced them out of my life; theres a carton in my car, a half carton on my desk at home, several packs in my backpack...I'm just not interested in smoking them lol Its the craziest thing.

Congrats! I think it was easier to quit via vaping by not really planning to do so. Wasn't overnight for me, even though I started with similar set up that you have. Basically, over the span of around 5 days, I just smoked less and less because I wanted it less and less. The more I vaped, the more terrible the cigarettes tasted. Eventually, I got to the point where I couldn't even finish one, and then I stopped trying. After all, by then it tasted like burning tires in a garbage dump. Why smoke that when I can vape cherry cheesecake?

Sounds familiar... i had a brand new pack that i bought just prior to my first visit to a vape shop... ended up throwing it away after about 6 months... Kept them at first just to know that they are there if i ever really wanted them... after 6 months, i figured "whats the point?? i'm done!"

Congrats... and it only gets easier...

I seem to still have a single clove cigarette (er, little cigar) that I can't bring myself to fire up. The night I quit I had 9 packs left in a carton, I think they stuck around a while till I gave them to a still smoking friend of mine.

I had the every so often odd urge to smoke, but I didn't. I'm really glad I resisted the urges because now I have little to no desire to go back to that.

I can recall wanting badly to quit, the difficulty breathing in the mornings, the shortness of breath when tossing about with the kids, it had to go. The problem was no method I had tried offered me anything close to the act of smoking, electronic cigarettes do exactly that.

I still have a pack of smokes unopened. I don't know why i need to have that but i do. I will never open them. My husband switched too and he has an open pack of 3 and a half smokes that he hangs onto as well. Weird how some people like to keep these hanging around. I think for me it is because if no smokes are in the house at all i feel the what if i get a panic attack like i did when i was a smoker and ran out of smokes feeling. Strange because i know i am finished with cigarettes.
