its not exactly a review but a thanks that I feel obliged to put out there.
after leaving my Helix on my car the freezing cold NE weather somehow messed up the switch so that it wouldn't fire. I contacted Avidvaper and almost instantaneously got an answer to which helix key I would need if I wanted to try fixing it myself. All I've done was mess it up even more. Jessica, the awesome costumer service gal, told me to send it over and Cisco would fix it.
I got my beloved Helix back to me in no time and it fires like it ever did b4 I let it freeze.
Thanks, Jess and Avidvaper! You guys are awesome peeps!
