I've placed several orders with them and they were always sent out immediately. Recently I bought a PCC that was defective and I had a problem with an atty that I couldn't get the cart off of. I emailed Terri and here is her response, "... I will send you a new atty, cart and PCC along with an envelope for your returns. I am sorry for all the difficulty!!" It was sent out later in the day! Now what more could you want from a company? That's the best customer service I know of!! I can't imagine buying from China just to save a few dollars...what do you do when something goes wrong and at some point it will.

I have to pile on on how fabulous cignot.com really is. Never a problem, and email replies are almost instant, along with superb shipping. Cheers for Terri & Co.

Yeah. It's a scam. I have decided Terri & Vicky are actually robots. No way a human can respond that frickin' fast! They're trying to make us believe they're just regular people-like folks. Come one now!

I don't think I've waited more than 5min. for a response from them on an order or question about a product. It just isn't possible to respond that fast unless they are cyborg-type robot people. I'ma fly out there and expose them! :lol:

Can't wait till the new flavors come in. All VG, pure VG as in no PG. YAAAY!!
