I've placed several orders with them and they were always sent out immediately. Recently I bought a PCC that was defective and I had a problem with an atty that I couldn't get the cart off of. I emailed Terri and here is her response, "... I will send you a new atty, cart and PCC along with an envelope for your returns. I am sorry for all the difficulty!!" It was sent out later in the day! Now what more could you want from a company? That's the best customer service I know of!! I can't imagine buying from China just to save a few dollars...what do you do when something goes wrong and at some point it will.
