I placed an order last Thursday morning at about 9am. I received an email saying the order was shipped by 9:30! I got the package on Saturday. In all of my experience ordering items online, whether vape-related or not, this was probably the best experience ever. You've earned a permanent customer! no one ships as fast as these folks, IMO ... I ordered my first starter kit (eG0) a year ago. Of course I've moved on the Twist with clearomizers, but still head back to LiteCig for things, other than my Boba's Bounty, lol ... Have never had a problem with LiteCig

I placed an order....4 minutes later it was changed to shipped....2 days later and I was vaping it...amazing.

Two days from order to delivery, and I'm on the other side of the country. Fast, indeed!
The communication was excellent, too.

Hi bdeef, did you choose first class or priority mail? We have noticed that first class mail can sometimes take up to ten days for delivery. This is most likely as it has no real set delivery time like their priority or express mail does. While this is not very common we have seen it happen enough that I am thinking is what probably happened.

I got it the nxt day! It's not you guys its the stupid postal service... It's makes no sense... I guess it depends on the "hub" it goes to? I ordered something from Oregon the same day as I ordered from you & both were shipped the same day. The package from Oregon went to the Philadelphia hub & got it in 3 days... Your package went to the southeaster pa hub & came in 4 days...both were the cheapest shipping option... THEY ARE CRAZY!!!!! Lol
