I just wanted to thank you for the great service again. I ordered a starter kit from you and and some atties because I had enough of the smoking thing and wanted to start asap. I asked if I could pick it up locally as one of my friends suggested you to me and that you were local. I had an email response very quickly that you would be able to do that. Then got an email that your son would be even closer to me and I could meet him to get the kit. Today I was checking my bank account and noticed that you had credited me back the shipping cost even though you went out of your way to get it in my hands that day. You have to love "Minnesota Nice". Now if I ever decide to try the DIY thing I know where my first stop will be.
