I recently received some new stuff from GV. I wanted to first start by saying you guys rock. Great products and great customer service. I wanted to give my impressions of the new products I have tried.
1. cool stone ceramic drip tip. these are great. love the cool feel and they look good.
2. swirl drip tip. they look good and work. not much else I can say.
3. ce2 deluxe xl clearomiver 2.4 to 2.6. these are good as well. still trying to get that sweet spot. I have done the removing the inner plug/fluffing wick mod and use a delrin drip tip with mine. great vapor and flavor and easy draw. I do find I have to leave them up-right unless I want some slight leakage or flooded coil.
4. Turbine 2. not sold on this one yet. I have followed Chris's instructions from the video, but have trouble getting a good hit. A couple of times I have been able to get a few good hits at a time. But usually get dry hits and have to slow pump the bladder like 5 times to get good hits. I am going to keep trying to get this to work as many people seem to like them.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
5. Pump carts. work like a charm. I removed the filler a piece and quickly learned to only push the button very quickly(flooded atty). They work just like they should. my only suggestion would be to make the mouthpiece a little more comfortable. It is a bit to square for me. I like a flat whistle tip like the Sapphires. These are well worth the money in my opinion.
6. new vision with led and short Vision Duex. I got both(just had to try a cool led tube a night). These things are great. They hold a good amount of juice and perform like a champ. I think these wick better than the Ce2's.
7. Sapphires. Hit and miss with these. I got a pair, One gets 3-4 hits before a dry hit and the other gets maybe 5-6 before dry hits. I have now modded with new fat ce2 wick and that has helped. I notice the first couple of hits have great flavor and vapor and then it falls of. I really like the size and whistle tip and they are very easy to take apart. I do have to do the blowing thing and pulling the fill plug slightly to relive pressure also works. I am wondering if a second hole on the atty connector would help these. I rarely have the flooding issues. I also tried lining up the atty vent hole with the slot in the battery end to see if that helps and doesn't really affect it. I really want these to work and I hope the next batch will be improved as I have not tried them yet.
8. New 3 stage VV pass through 650mah. I love this thing. it is awesome so far. 5 clicks to each setting. I like the size, feel, button and 3 voltage settings. I cannot say enough about this item.
I would also like to thank you guys for the last contest(prizes on there way). I was the 3rd place winner and really enjoyed the contest. And thank you for the free drip tip. It is grey and fells cool like metal or ceramic. I like it alot but did not see it on the web-site. Its a winner for me. Thanks and I hope this is informative for everybody.
