I got my package yesterday. Thank you for fixing my order. I couldn't tell when I ordered my kit which of the two "Marlboro" juices I had gotten. That flavor is far and away my fav so far. It tastes nothing like a Marlboro to me, but it freaking rocks anyway. OOH and thanks for the Fried Apple freebie. I love fried apples.

They're fast huh? I got my order today and as usual it only took a couple days. I like doing business with mad vapes.

They are fast. I seem to order on the weekend, but first thing Monday, out it goes. Very nice.

I ordered monday night, shipped tuesday and here today plus their prices are good too. I've placed allot of orders from them.

I have to say another round of kudos to mad vapes as well. I placed an order this morning with them and within 30 minutes it was marked as shipped. That is freaking awesome!

We really try to get stuff out as quick as possible..

Friday late morning to Friday night orders are the toughest to get out because:

• Friday Night is drinking night
• Can only ship until 12pm on Saturday
• Friday Night is drinking night

Gotta spend some time with the family and friends..

We usually play catch up on Sunday afternoon and night so we can get everything out on Monday..

Um Hoogie? I finally got around to puting the Marlboro (USA mix) in my pv tonight, and I don't think it's the stuff that came with my kit. It's not terrible, but it's not the same. Are they different from batch to batch, or did we get mixed up?
I noticed that you told someone else that the non-USA mix one is the one that comes with the kits.

This is definately different. It tastes a little like almond shells.

ETA: I opened a ticket on the website. I have total faith we'll figure this out.

Mark is sending me some of the Bauway Marlboro to see if that's the right stuff, or if China just mixed it different. I always hate having to make a complaint about things. I really appreciate your CS. For me it's a much better tell of a companies policies when something goes wrong, than when everything goes right. A++++ so far. Thank You!

Bauway is the stuff! Mark had already sent me the big bottle by the time I got back to him about whether it was the right one. I wish I had some business cards for you guys I could give out. I requested some with today's equipment order. I have a couple of people I've showed my pv to that I sent your way, because I know you'll take good care of them.
