I had a switch problem. I sent it off Dec 20th got it back the 27th thats fast.The best customer service around. The Provari is allitle spendy but worth every penny. To know that you will be taken care off if you have a problem its worth it.:vapor:

I did the exact same thing, sent it out on the 20th and got it back today! You don't realize how great the Vari is, until you're forced to use your back up pv's!
