Before Christmas I order a Protege from Puresmoker, I got it in the day after Christmas and couldn't wait to try it because this was my first high voltage device. But when I put the batteries and atomizer on it didn't work. I have to say that I was really bummed out. I contacted Casey and she told me to send it back to them so they could take a look at it.
Well I just got it back today to find out that when I first got the Protege I screwed the atomizer on to far and broke the switch. I just used my new Protege for the first time and I love it.
I just wanted to thank Steve and Casey for their great customer service, and for fixing my Protege for me, even though it was my fault that it didn't work right. Thank for all your help and for making a great product.
