I have just a few things to say about this guy...
First, I live in Indiana and every single order I've done has been in my mailbox in 2 days. It doesn't get any better.
Secondly, he was nice enough to send a couple of small items in one of my orders to try out for him.
The latest contact was about a problem with a LUC charger that I bought from him. Not only did he answer questions about product usage, he helped me with a problem with the unit accessories. I was trying to figure out who/how to contact through Efest to try and get a part replaced. In 2 days, I had a surprise replacement in my mailbox.
I just want to make sure everyone knows, this is probably the most responsive vendor I've worked with and every interaction has been not only positive, but above and beyond what I've gotten anywhere else.
