Okay, so I felt I really needed to give vaping Zone a huge thumbs up! I ordered a rebuildable atomizer at around the end of Sept. It was supposed to be the first rba I ever ordered and, of course, I was excited to receive it. When I got my delivery and opened the box, it was a clearomizer, totally different thing than what I ordered. I was so sad. I went back online and lo and behold, the rba I wanted was now out of stock.
I emailed them and told them about it and got a response fairly quickly stating they would put a refund through on my Visa card I had used, and I could keep the clearo I got free of charge. Also, that when they got the RBA back in stock, they would send me one for free.
Now, I really thought that was extremely nice and was totally fine with getting a refund at least. I didn't think they would remember lil old me when those RBA's were back in stock, and I wouldn't have even reminded them or bugged them about sending me one for free even if they did get them in. Earlier this week I got an email notice that they were shipping me a package, out of the blue. I got the RBA last night and I'm loving it!!!!
Amazing service, great customer support! I will go out of my way to order from them in the future just because they treated me so well. And trust me, I order alot of stuff! lol.
