Thanks for the prompt service on my last two orders! Your customer service is above and beyond. For both orders I put questions I had in the comments section of the order and you personally sent me emails both times answering them. I also forgot to order a small adapter and asked if you could add it to my order and if not I would order it next time....you put that little adapter in for free. Not only do I not have to wait to place another order to get it, you very kindly added it on your own! A small item, but a big deal to your customers. Thank you and I can't believe I ordered Sunday morning and my order has already been shipped! You will be my go to vendor for hardware.

I need to bump this up for VaporAlley! I received a shipment yesterday (yay) and was having problems with the atomizer I got and just for the heck of it (after watching video, etc on how it works) and they replied right back! They kept replying to me as I told them of the problem and then as I told them I had tried a new head and it worked great! Thanks VaporAlley, you are even there when we think we will get a response in a few days! Great A+ service.
