So afer alot of reading both the positive and negative reviews on this forum we (I) decided it was time to go variable voltage and I placed an order from them (Friday NIGHT around 9pm). I leave my desk, go make some coffee come back check to see if a different package from an unrelated product had a tracking number yet and I have an e-mail from vapor alley... no wait 2 e-mails.... wait a second 3rd e-mail says package has been shipped.
What? That can't be right... I ordered less than 30 minutes ago!
I check the e-mails and indeed these people (well Rick) had not only packed the order but created a shipping label and actually had the package in USPS's hands first thing that morning! To my dismay Monday morning completely off guard and just checking for this other package I look the mailman in the face with a grin and ask him about the same package I'd been asking for 3 days, he says yes we DO have a package.
But guess what it wasn't the package I was expecting!
It was from VaporAlley, they either broke every speed record in the USPS or someone got bribed (joking), Jesus they are quick! Everything exceptionally packaged wrapped and tightly tapped with bubble wrap.
My husband also called them he really wanted a vivinova tank but apparently everyone's out of stock at the moment damn Chinese new year! Rick picked up the phone in 2 rings. No voicemail no sit there and wait right away he answered!
On a scale of 1-10 I give VaporAlley a 12.5 for exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help the customer, repeat customer here for sure. Thanks Rick!
