One of the best cheesecakes (Chocolate Chip) I ever had was made by a man, and he even made some little individual ones, too, because people always wanted to take some home with them...

I'm a pretty good cook, but I'm not a 'baker'... unless it comes out of a box and doesn't involve using the electric mixer... LOL!!
Although I did make a Carrot Cake once using a Spice cake mix, and adding the other fresh ingredients to it... came out fairly good, too...
