Cuz I've been up half the night.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone here!
It's time to start getting my hiney in gear.
I'll jump in the shower, get dressed in a hurry,
Then pack up the car and drive off in a flurry.

A three hour drive, if obeying the limits.
I'll make it in two, plus about 20 minutes.
I'll vape all the way on my PV and tanks.
I don't Drip and Drive, and for this I give Thanks.

My music selections are on USB,
The stereo's loud, no commercials for me!
No hunting new stations while driving along,
My music is there and it plays song by song.

There's much joy to find in the simplest things,
If you just look to find it, the happiness rings.
At Thanksgiving time, I'm finding the reasons,
To be giving Thanks and enjoying the season.

But it was just so freakin' good

Ate too much food, had too many snacks

So many sales and so little money
I know, I'll go ask my "honey"

I looked at her and batted my eyes
That musta' worked, to my surprise.
She told me I could buy some gear
Though just how much, she was not clear
I'll figure out the right amount

Shopping from my chair
Shopping Malls I won't go near
Nope, not going there.

Watched TV and laughed aloud

Not having to go out
Not having to go near a store
of that there is no doubt.
