Ed answers emails lightning fast.

We emailed back and forth for a while, but I think I confused the heck out of him. He picked up the phone and called me in NJ! We had a great conversation. God - I love that accent!

I have ordered from them before. Received my order in 5 days! Had a small problem. Emailed them and POOF - problem taken care of!

Their 4 hole 801 atomizers are great, as is their juice!
