This is a premium vendor. If you have an issue Ross will immediately respond with a solution and ask if it is acceptable.The service and attention to detail is awesome. He is all about "YOUR" experience with his company.I have been analog free for over 8 months and the primary reason is that I have been able to "TRUST" this vendor to be able to supply me with quality and integrity from his company. He has even offered advice on new PV's that I have ordered from him. If you are looking for a long term supplier I would recommend Vapors etc.. FYI I do not personally know Ross or work for him. I have been in Retail for over 29 years and I am very impressed with his business ethics. Thank you Vapors etc for helping me lead a better life for my family...Dave
