I ordered on Thursday and BAM got it on Saturday! You guys have been great and I just want to say thanks. I really appreciate the little something extra also. My penstyle passthrough works great but now I got to buy a new and improved one when you put it out LOL.

Actually I didn’t pay for shipping, it was free with an order over 100 dollars. They are usually very busy but the order pretty much had to go out that day to make it to me that quick plus the free juice they sent me was something they did that they didn’t have to do. With the ..... threads lately over things that where probably the users fault in the first place I just wanted to say Good job! and Thanks! It wasn’t the first time I have found something extra in my order. I have spent a lot of money there though.

You paid for priority shipping. They didn't do anything.......

I challenge anyone to have 2 people packaging (keep in mind TESTING EVERYTHING before it goes into the package!!!!) hundreds of orders and see how quickly you can get them out. When we've got less orders, things go out faster- when we release stock and it sells out in a few hours, things tend to take a little bit longer. After all, we are still human. That's why we said in the shipping policy that MOST orders ship in 24-48 hours, but can take up to 72.

Umm, priority shipping from USPS means that it gets delivered within 2-3 business days from the time of shipping. If he ordered on Thursday and received Saturday, that means we shipped it out the same day. I don't see what your problem is.
