Hello everyone,

Due to the generosity of Paula from VapourWorld and Trog from CaveCom, CAM-VIP have organised the first 'Stay Inside' VIP Night to introduce smokers to ecigs. It will take place from 7pm on Wednesday the 12th October at;

The Anglers Rest
66 Park Street
Wombwell
BARNSLEY
S73 0HS

This will be a traditional night in a traditional pub, treating the smokers like VIPs. We will be giving them an ecig for free to encourage them to stay inside and enjoy what the pub has to offer.

The Anglers Rest is a small pub but it offers the local community much more than just a place to have a drink. It is quite literally a home away from home.

The night will include competitions, raffles and maybe even a quiz,,,,,we just need to get the smokers in there. If you live locally and would like to pop along and support the event, it would be great to see you as well. The more people we have vaping in pubs, the more the smokers would be willing to give it a go and join in.

What a great idea, I only got into vaping after having tried one, I never thought it could work until that. My Dad bought me a disposable and said to use it only when I wanted to quit, well that didn't happen, I ran out of cigarettes and my car wasn't around so I just tried it out... Haven't looked back, but I think the idea of something like an e-cigarette won't always appeal to smokers, but given the chance to try one they'll surely see how close an experience it can be.
