I have had my dse801 less than a month. Right now neither battery I got with the kit is working. Even after charging the batteries for several hours or overnight, all the batteries do is have a continual green flashing.
What does this green flashing mean???? why wont the batteries work even after charging????
Thanks for any info on this.

M Shell--the flashing Led usually indicates that the battery needs a charge and since you are charging it, it either is not taking a charge or you have a bad charger. Be sure the contacts are clean on the batteries and in the charger. You can use alcohol to clean the threads and a q-tip to clean the inside of the charger.

One trick that you can try is to also bang the batteries down hard ash side down on a table. Sometimes this loosens the battery switch which may have froze due to e-liquid running down into the battery and causing the switch to stick thereby not allowing it to charge. Also sucking on the battery hole may loosen that switch up. Give these a try and if it fails, then the batteries are duds and you should be able to invoke your warranty if you are still in the warranty period

These batteries are tempermental at best sometimes and need a little nudge here and there.
