ok there are many other posts and threads here all stating how awesome of a guy rob is, but I think yet another thread adding to this really can't hurt, rob is beyond just a good vendor, he is just a great guy and that is exceedingly rare these days.
I know I have been a pita to rob at times, and I know I have in the past even knocked reo's out of ignorance. it did take me a while to warm up to the boxy form factor and it wasn't until actually owning my reo's that I have really come to appreciate them. but even so, even though I may not be robs favorite reonut because of the pita I've been he still just went over and above to help me out, send me a few pieces of wood so I can modify my own reo. I offered to pay him, even at least for the shipping but he just sent them to me free.
this is a vendor who is supposed to be here for one reason and one reason only, and that is for business, yet here he is sending me something free and refusing my money. I just really wanted to thank him here publicly and just amplify everyones elses sentiments that rob is just an awesome caring person. of course he is here to make money but honestly it's not JUST about the money, it's more than that. the man actually CARES. he cares about his client base and he cares about helping others, genuinely helping and this goes way beyond just good customer service, this is a good person. there is a big difference
I have always respected rob because of the way he runs his business, always under promising while over delivering, never taking anyones money until the product is ready to ship, always willing to help anyone with problems with these mods and always trying to improve his product to satisfy what his customers want. never gauging or taking advantage and always just goes above and beyond. as so many have said before me and it just can't be said enough, Rob is a rarity these days and really is not just an awesome vendor but an awesome guy. thank you rob
