Looking for the best deal on 510 cartos (empty) and syringe if needed.

Are you wanting to go old school regular or the new CE2 cartos?

The two cheapest places I've found for regular cartos:

Strictly E-Juice : They have cartos for $1.45 apiece or $7.00 for a 5 pack. This is about the cheapest I've seen them. Plus they have free shipping for orders over $10. I can get about 2 days use out of one. These do not clean well to be reused though. It's also tough to get them because they sell fast and often out of stock.

Liquid Express Blank Cartos These run $8.00 for a 5 pack and you pay shipping but I've had good luck recycling old ones for extended use.

Won't need a syringe for those.
The only place I've bought CE2 cartos is from other members here in the classified section.

Pop off the white rubber top. Some cartos have an extra rubber ring inside some don't. I have no idea what it's for but I usually toss them if they're in there. Once that's out, drip your juice down the side like you would pouring a beer 4-5 drops at a time, turn add 4-5 drops more, turn repeat. Most cartos will hold around 20-25 drops of liquid on the first fill. As they start going dry, you can add around 10 more drops at a time. Once it's filled, just stick the top cap back in and puff away or save for future use.

I second strictlyejuice. They are the best I have tried so far.

I like the joyetech cartomizers from either wordupecig or cignot. These to me perform and vape like dripping without the filler taste.
