Here's a question. I've seen some with "plain" doors that don't say "hand and robot made". Please tell me that the next batch will have the awesome engraved door!

Good question. I've noticed that too. If mine had extra engraving that said "Who's awesome? You're awesome." I wouldn't be upset. ;-)

wow, that's got to be the lowest retail price i have ever seen for those cells. I'v seen a few places trying to get 12.50 a cell! most places round between 7 to 9 bucks a cell. think we had priced to sell um at 7.50 a piece... or at least that's how it averaged out in a kit... regardless, really a great battery.

The door itself is actually one of the main selling points for me. Once I saw it, I loved it. It's such a unique placement. Somewhere where it's unexpected. I really hope it makes it into the next batch or else I may have to throw grapefruits at Doug lol.

Either that or I send my mech hamsters.

Current and all future batches will have the cool new engraved door. The Plain Janes were first run only. Which is cool and an easy way to spot an "original" model.

It's possible that there might be an odd "hybrid" in the wild, but that would just be crazy.

Mine does not have the engraving on the inside of the door. But my next one will. I love the engraving but I love the engraving I have on the OUTSIDE of mine. And not having the engraving inside kind of makes them a bit rarer than the ones that will be coming out with the door from now on. *continues justifying in her head to make herself feel special*

not officaily, the new guy we just hired we nicknamed him "tank", is otherly occupied with shop modifications to prep for the new CNC machines arrival, we have to take down a wall to fork it in, finish running power and pour a little concrete for her to sit on. After that's settled, he will build up our tank supply and we will get um listed. My best guess, within' two weeks...

the "super mega rare" are the non engraved ones without the 4 holes. I think there was less than 8 of those, as the old vacuum jig didn't really work all that great, and not many part made it out alive.... The new jig, kicks some serious .......
