So those that use the bB and cartos in other tanks, when you want to change flavor what do you do? I hope to buy some extra tanks for the bb but until they become available what do you do? If you switch them out can the carto sit in a drawer with juice in it and be ok until you want to use it again. I would assume once the tank is empty you just switch out another carto with a different juice and save the other one....remembering what was in the other one you took out is another story...LOL

Once I can get some extra tanks for the bb it won't be that bigof an issue, but first I have to get the bb :). ....speaking of this...can a carto sit in a tank of e liquid without being vaped for a few days?

Oh yeah, anyone vape any ecto cooler in a bb tank?

I think a few pages ago someone said they have for at least a day and didn't have cracking yet.

I don't think I'd do it. The tank may not crack, but you could still get leeching from the plastic reacting with the juice.

I agree, I dont think I would take the chance, especially with extra tanks not available all the time

I mostly vape unflavored now, so I'm not switching as often. But when I did, I would pour the old juice into my "mystery" bottle or down the sink, depending on how good it was. I'd take the old cartomizer out and put it in a small bowl, wipe or rinse and dry out the tank if it seemed necessary, and it was ready for a new carto and a new juice. Later, when the small bowl filled up with cartomizers, I would clean and dry them and put them away to be used if needed. My stock of used cartomizers is starting to pile up though, because I usually prefer to just use a brand new one.

A carto can sit in a tank unused for a few days, but I'll usually swap for a new carto if it's been too long.

It has some legs for sure... I sure do like the idea of utilizing the existing tank.

Yeah... it does have to drop a ways to get to the power, but retrofit is the only thing that makes sense to me. If the measurements are correct, the tank should be perfect for a gen. I'd like to figure out a way to off set the center post so there would be some breathing room for the wick though. I thought an offset might make it hard to seat.

Oh well, summer vacation in 8 weeks so maybe I can get back into the shop.

Here's an update, which is in line with ECF's rules:

Don't use the others, guys! :)

Nice! Is there a link for the banner? I clicked on it and did not take me to a link to use. Can't use it now anyway but hope to be able to in the near future :)

Hit "reply with quote" on that post, then copy the address with the image tags from within the quoted text, and use that in your signature.

ETA: or what Brutus said, because then you have the file saved and you don't have to worry about whether the other address gets cleared.
