good gosh Crocky I think we shopped at the same places. My prepared kit for BB looks just like that except for the 2 drip tips, the little black thing and minis 3 boxes of cartos. Think we got good advise on here, right. Thanks for all your help folks.

YEP....Kat has all the cool stuff.....gee if I had her money I'd throw mine away....lol......and the crooks got my card the other day also....funny I'm in Oklahoma and they are in Idaho.....but my bank noticed the transaction and quickly stopped the transaction and called me to verify that I wasn't in Idaho nor trying to purchase something from Idaho....so a few days without a card is no big deal and I might save a few bucks as the lovely wife can't use it either......

Moral to this story is simple....I'm going to pre-paid cards for ALL internet purchases.....

Add ME to the stolen credit card number club! U G H!!!!! About 7 weeks ago! My thief flew round trip JFK to SDQ for $700 on MY card ... (Among other charges) until the red flag went up at my credit card bank and I was alerted! Card cancelled!! Then this past week it started happening with my other card ... And I had to cancel that card also! VERY frustrating and just SAD ... Not to mention a ROYAL pain to deal with!! Never EVER had a problem until now with all my online e-cig ordering! :-(

My card got "got" as well. 800.00 worth of women's clothing, from 3 different stores that I have never heard of. Got charges cleared, and received new card, but what a pain. Just wished I knew where it happened, so that it doesn't happen again. Damn thieving .......s.

Maybe there is a pattern here folks; where were some of the last places you guys used your cards for e-cig stuff? Just saying we might be able to identify if it is a certain place that is compromised.

Morning BB vilers hope all is well with everyone. I have a quick ?. Does most juices taste so different in carto's verses different clearo.
Reason for asking is one of my DIYs that I thought was nasty, decided to put it in a carto and wow I like it now. Hadn't used cartos sense the clearos came in. So if you like a juice in a carto will it be about the same in a carto tank too or will that change it more? No tanks to try it out on here. Well gonna try the other nine in some cartos too, see if they are still good that way. Thought I had what was gonna be my BBs first juice but if they change so much may have to rethink that. LOL Sorry kinda dumb ? but still new to this and have been concentrating on other things guess should go back to basic threads and read some more of them too. Just seems weird to me that the same stuff taste that much different.

Wish we could do that but have read several threads on here of this problem but lots don't give places. And most have several so hard to pin down wouldn't want to harm someone's business with assumptions. Cyber thief's are so slick, probably places don't even know they been compromised. They say some was 2 or more months sense they even shopped on line.

VERY hard to pin down WHERE it's happening (I order from lots of different places)! Also ALOT of people on E-Cig Facebook Groups reporting the same thing happening with their cards! I caught the last fraudulent charge to my other card because I got a letter from an online rather pricey outdoor furniture place I'd never heard of! It almost went in the trash as junk mail, but because I'm freaked out due to my first card getting compromised I opened the letter. It came addressed to ME ... Stating they couldn't process my order (an expensive POOL CLEANING ROBOT) due to the thief giving a P.O. box delivery address!! WTH???? They had a different cell number than mine provided when the THIEF placed the order! UGH!! Order cancelled ... CARD CANCELLED!! It's sad because I enjoyed ordering from different e-cig vendors when they offered nice little sales! The convenience of using my cc made it easy and convenient! The HASSLE of worrying has made me limit my ordering to only what I really really need! I'm hoping this doesn't hurt the little Mom and Pop vendors, but I'm worried it will as people are afraid to use their credit cards now ... And when/if it does get "got" a mess to deal with! :-(

hum... I didn't dream so many peeps here had their cards lifted........and all vendors I use display their sites as secure sites....thus the vendor does not even have access to the card number (at least that is my understanding of how it works).....gotta be some hacking going on or maybe someone inside the company that processes the transactions for the vendors.....

Search ecf for "credit card theft".........lots of threads and posts.......
