Update June 30th: For those of you on our list to ship, we are packing um' up right now. Shipping Monday for the USA and Tuesday for International. Sorry for the delay guys, but thank you to everyone on our list for your patience as we overcame the few bumps with full production start up.

Just checked my email and got my tracking # too. Be a few days past my B-Day but I'll get it in time for a 4 day weekend!!!!
Anyone else have both their tanks leak? It's usually contained in the unit ( no juice in my pocket) but it still troubles me

Mine has some condensation build up behind the tank but Doug has said this is normal. From time to time there is a little juice but nothing major. Make sure the red "o ring" is seated in the bottom and the carto sits in the middle of it. I have found that if the red ring is slightly off even a little causing the bottom of the carto to not sit centered it can leak some. But none form the actual tank itself.
The only time I have found excess juice enough that concerned me was either when that above happened, I flooded the carto or it is really not outside where I am using it and the pressure changes or ot cause the juice to "thin out" But those instance have been few and far between.

The anticipation is getting higher and HIGHER!!!!! So how far away are some of you from the departing area? Will be neat to see how long it takes for them to get there. I am getting so excited just knowing they are done, and will be doing all the no no's in my last post. hahaha It is easier to say not to, then follow your own advise.

Enjoy Hawaii!!!! Both your BB will more then likely be in the same box. I won't be looking for mine till the end of the week mail is pretty slow around here. But bet I'll be running to mailbox everyday after mailman leaves it. JUST IN CASE!!!!!!!
