OK ... I'm gone for awhile ... Come back to find Ms. Darling has everybody playing with their balls!! Ummmmm ... Alrighty then!

I must admit I just checked out my ball (just to make sure). My ball is just like Ms. Darling's ball ... It goes up and down ... But does not rotate ...Has never rotated. No problems with the door not functioning properly ... If oiling maintenance is done. I use a Q-Tip dipped in olive oil (no pencil needed) and smush the ball down with the end of the Q-tip which allows a little oil to get down in there. Then run the Q-tip along the sides of door. Then slide the door in/out and in/out and in/out to get oil all along the grooves! To get black stuff out of grooves a tissue and a fingernail is all that's needed! THIS is the kinda maintenance we can handle Ms. Darling! LOL! ;-)

I don't flip gear... Whenever I sell it's retail prices at the most, usually less..

I could have easily taken that Hana V3 and got $1K in a Facebook auction but that's not how I roll..

I liked the Hana Mini that i sold but battery life was not all that great. Not an issue if you can change batteries on the go but in the Hana Mini you can't.

The Hana V3 (DNA30) that I sold today was simply because I was not digging the color..

I do love the Billet Box and it will get 99% of my use form here on out..

That's what I was trying to say... badly...

Yea, that's bull.... Same happen to me. I've only been waiting over a year and a half. I'll be happy when this billet box has a clone. You'll be able to buy at any Vape shop also for a cheaper cost. The way it stands now, I've had one on lay away for ever. I feel if your going to sell a product, you better have plenty on hand. This .... of people having to call at a certain time is a joke. Come on billet box, get the stepping. Later

Your frustration is understandable as it's not an easy mod to get and is often sold out within minutes. Try getting one when are you in Asia timezone when the stock is often released 3 to 5 am local time. I live here and I got two (one directly from BB and one from secondary market). So, it's achievable goal to get one without paying flipper price.

But coming to the modder forum and advocating clone???? That shows serious lack of good judgment and, perhaps, lack of class ...

Owning a mod is a privilege not a right.

If anyone noticed, head up there in isn't trying to obtain one for himself.. He clearly says he will pay 250 a piece for them... Meaning he wants more than one.. Meaning he is trying to be a dolphin (catch that reference?) IMHO a flippers advocating clones of a mod in the modern forum should .....

Honestly, if you'd been trying to get one for a year and a half, you'd have one already. The first big pre-order back in December 2012 was open for days.

It's already pretty remarkable that DD has been pumping these things out consistently for the last year, and at an extremely reasonable price. There's a new boutique mech mod out every week that sees a couple runs of a few hundred units and then disappears forever. Unlike those, the Billet Box is unique in its form and function. It's a wonder that so many people are able to get them, given the demand.

Get the smallest jar they have. Auto supply, Walmart should have it. It takes just a very small amount.

Thanks, but circumstances of my life require delivery. The UPS guy knows me by name, and Amazon thinks I'm their controlling shareholder. Both versions are in my cart right now. I'll do an "Eeeny, meeny, miney, mo" at some point, then pull the trigger (so to speak).

Thanks EVERYONE, for the knowledge and support. It is GREATLY appreciated.

I will PM you my number. Use it!

I've gone through around 10 tanks before recoiling my v2 Diver using the v1 pin and what I consider the appropriate amount of wick in the slots (cotton, but I believe it applies to all wick types). I had one gurgling incident, which I vaped through by raising the voltage and taking a handful of drags. I rewicked the cotton every 2-3 tanks. No leaks from the Diver, a few times I had juice on the back of the tank, but the Diver 510 and bottom of the tank were dry. I bought the tiny hex set Akdare recommended, and tightened up the hex bolts on the BB tank. Since then, I only had juice on the back once.

One more interesting point. I noticed the rubber fill port ball was always wet. Yesterday, after rebuilding the Diver, I toyed with that rubber ball with the tip of the plastic syringe. After a few presses inward and sideways, I heard a small "pop". I dried it off with some 99% alcohol. Vaped half a tank of Ahlusion Strawberry Vanilla Cake afterwards. I have strawberries growing out of my ears.

Today, that rubber ball is utterly dry. Before this, I would clean and dry it off using the 99% alcohol, and it would always be slick after a bit of vaping.

There's more info coming on how to build properly, but that's Akdare's baby, and she is still testing, and I'm not going to steal her thunder.

I used some 99% alcohol to clean the ball bearing, followed by olive oil to lubricate. I hadn't realized mine wasn't moving, and how much residue was on it. Thanks for that suggestion!
