Hi all. It's a V2 pin. It's a weird sensation. It starts with a hard draw and it leeks. I tried a different set up with a 3mm silica but there's no draw at all and I get dry hits.

Yeah, v2 pin + BB = no worky too well. Suggest you get yourself a v1 pin for the v2 Diver. Loosens the draw, and it's the tight draw that eventually makes it leak.

Trust me, I know the BB folks are good people and will help you out. They have helped me on a couple of occasions. Even on weekends and late night if they are around. One of the biggest reasons I stay in this thread is knowing that and of course all you wonderful peeps in here.

Oh I know! I managed to crack my original tank within a week and they sent me a delrin tank to replace it! Billet Box Vapor knows how to take care of customers. That's why I hate when people bash them.

I don't know if anyone else has tried the new cartos from Ikenvape:

510 Nitro 2.5

But O.M.G.

I am still on my first one, running at 5 volts, 4th tankful, and still loving it. I bought five of both the single and double coil, am using a blend of MBV Vanilla flavors (my ADV) at 65PG/35VG. Normally with this, I have to use a new carto every second fill or so, due to flavor change, or a harder draw than I prefer.

Anyhow - if no one else has tried them yet, here are some first thoughts...

'Ello B Boxers and Boxettes...

Peter, I'm a huge fan of Ikenvape and also ordered a bunch of the new Nitro series. I haven't tried any of them in my B Box...... yet.

I do have one in another tank ((for shame, KD, you little tank traitor, you!)) and I'm surprised how well it's feeding with that single tiny pin dot hole! Obviously yours is feeding well in the B Box? I'll report in when I do tank it with the new kartos.

Did you also try the IKV ProCoils? For some reason I think they might be better suited to other applications, but who knows. :)

I've got some in my mailbox, just waiting to be tested! :)

Hello all, long time since I have been on here, busy with life. I am working on a tutorial you can do at home. Should cost you about 3 bucks to make. Uses the Kanger protank 2 replacement inserts. I started fiddling with my BB after about 6 months of no use. I made a 1.9ohm cotton wick coil out of one of these:
Kanger-Protank-coil-heads-2-500x500-500x500.jpg

Working great. Can change the coil and wick anytime.
Here are the parts I used.

1 old carto
1 female 510 insert
1 4mm ID x 9mm OD SS tube
1 Kanger coil insert

Will post more when I get the tutoraial made.
Dan

I haven't tested the ProCoils as they are only in the long version currently. And yes, the one hole works very well for me in the BB. As it stands, 96% of all my vaping is using my BB, the other 4% is my ProVari with black licorice in the tank.

ive actually used a procoil once (i just used a saw to cut it to the same length as a carto), and it worked great for a little bit but began having flooding issues.. but it was really great for that "little bit" tho, great flavor. i might have another go at it later, but i just got my billetbridge, and its been working fantastically :D

Right, they sure are. I was just kat-kurious what you thought of them. I think they have their place, but doubtful that place will ultimately be in the B Box. Having said that, I'll be experimenting with them.... one of these good ol' daze. ;)

Ok here we go, tutorial time....

I made a 26mm long x 9mm OD x 4mm ID SS tube from stock.
Had an extra female 510 connector laying around, and old carto, and a kanger protanks 2 coil.
IMG_1897_zps92331a28.jpg

I started by inserting the female adapter into and empty carto tube and pressed it in.
IMG_1898_zpsa0e71e1f.jpg

I then drilled out the center lip of the 510 connector on the inside where the silicon grommet goes that isolates the center pin.
IMG_1899_zpsac20f1f1.jpg

Drilled out and filed down smooth.
IMG_1902_zps0fe5937a.jpg

Next I cut it out 7mm long with a pipe cutter. Perfect fit.
IMG_1904_zps01ed8512.jpg

Notice the lip on the protank coil, that has to be filed off.
IMG_1908_zpsfdf2fb2e.jpg

All filed down so it will push through.
IMG_1909_zps63f3e3d5.jpg

Ok silaca wick is outta here, we are putting cotton in this puppy.
IMG_1910_zps211b0c4c.jpg

Cotton wick and coil going in...
IMG_1913_zps4fabd0fe.jpg

Locing down the connections
IMG_1912_zpsfff13ae2.jpg

Finished and assembled.
IMG_1914_zpsfa2d4c2c.jpg

BB tank time...
IMG_1915_zps683eeb1b.jpg

And it vapes.... Marvelous!
IMG_1917_zps7175cc86.jpg

Cotton is hands down my favorite in the BB! Flavor and vapor, perfect.
Hope this helps!

Hey Dan, that is exactly like the Condor build. We have an entire thread and all the changes it has gone through. Sorry on phone typing or I would put a link. The design is fantastic and vapes beautiful. Also the coolness of being able to use standard pro tank heads. The only major flaw is that a lot of condensation builds in the upper tube and has no path back to the cotton. Big screen D and I are looking at removing the top pro tank head chimney and soldering the connector straight to upper tube. Also drilling out the head cap bigger. Thus would allow liquids a path back down. Also using 510 to 510 adapters on the bottom threading that are drilled to accept the pro tank bottom. That way it can also be used in a standard tank.

Anyway, if you ever want to discuss it, pm me your number and I can call. It is an awesome design.

OK, got on a real computer...haha...nothing like typing on a dam phone. Here are a couple of pics of the latest version condor. Haha, your post has me wanting to go right now and cut down an ARO head to do the experiment I was talking about. I still like the Condor vape better than the Diver V2 and way less fiddling.
