I understand why there are some that want the Delrin tank, I personally like the clear ones best. I wish there was a way to have an area to select one or the other when you buy a BB, maybe a drop down menu like many vendors have for what ohms ya want or color. I think that would be a better way for customers to have the tank that they'd prefer. JMHO.
I will eventually have a delrin tank for back-up though.

DD, any plans to make some more clear tanks in the near future? Definitely looking to pick up at least one to mate with my new BB!

yup, it's just a time thing but i'll give this thread a heads up when they are close.. but i am also thinking on a new way to do it.. I would like to integrate some sort of glass faced tank in time, but the design would have to be much different..

Anyone else ever have an issue with the billet bridge? Mine worked flawlessly for the first 4 days now I'm just getting constants dry hits, I've tried 4 different heads and even rebuilt one and it makes no difference, the only way I can get a decent vape is if I suck the bb like I'm trying to suck a golf ball through a hose pipe,

Have had that problem since day one with my Billet Bridge. I actually ended up putting some electrical tape over the air intake holes on my BB, it has seemed to alleviate the problem some. Still every now and again I need to take a few hard pulls without hitting the firing button

After taking the tank out and squeezing it a few times and pushing the spring loaded ball in and out I've not experienced a dry hit in a while, hopefully that's fixed my problem, fingers crossed, I am finding that the ball does get stuck sometimes whilst I'm filling the tank like it's getting caught on something, I only received the bb on Friday, does the ball need lubricating at all?

Are you using a carto tank with the BB? If so, and your tank is full... the dry hits are from the stuffing in the carto not getting enough juice. People get bad cartos all the time, so it could be that. Unfortunately, if you burnt the cotton around your coils, it will always taste burnt, because you are going to pull juice through nasty cooked/burnt hardened wicking.

It could also be that you are vaping 100% VG? When I did that, I have to enlarge the holes in the carto to get a reasonable rate of feed. Do you have a hole expander for cartos? A lot of sites sell them.

If you change the carto, and expand the holes, and then PRIME the carto first. The fastest way to prime a carto is to fill the carto til it's flooded, outside the bb, by dripping in about 10 drops, sealing the airholes, pop a drip tip on and sucking so all the liquid gets dispersed. Then drip some more in the carto, do it again, until the top stays moist.

Then get a papertowel and BLOW it back out til it blows clear. Then put in the BB, load the BB tank with juice, and vape. I found out the hard way that 100% of my carto troubles came from
1. not priming the carto first,
2. burning the cotton near the coils by firing before priming the carto,
3. too small airholes in the outside tank due to juice thickness and finally,
4. defective carto.

If you aren't using a carto tank and are using a rebuildable, ignore the above, since that depends on your rebuildable and how it intakes the air. Hope that helps:).

Thanks glassgal looks like I may end up back on the cartos :(

I don't get it because it was working like a dream for the first 4 days now it's just constant dry hits, I have to cover the air holes on the bb and take a massive toke to get the coils wet on the head and even then I still get a dry hit after about after a full pulls

Don't have a Billet Bridge, but in general try filling the tank leaving a ml or so empty. The more air inside of a tank, the less efficient at ......ing e-liquid flow there is.
